Franklin Audissey
Audissey practice is focused on complex commercial real estate litigation. He has represented clients in a broad range of real estate actions including financial, real estate, bankruptcy, mortgage, shareholder, landlord-tenant, easement, adverse possession, tax, and title disputes, as well as internal corporate investigations, fiduciary claims, shareholder actions, and other complex litigation in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Audissey is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, a John M. Olin Fellow in Law and Economics, and an Articles Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Near Eastern Judaic Studies from Brandeis University.
Mr. Audissey is admitted to the New York bar and is a non-practicing solicitor of England & Wales. Mr. Audissey is fluent in French.
