Clark Davidson

Before joining Victory Law LLP, Clark developed a diverse professional practice spanning law, finance, and multiple regions of the United States. In Austin, he practiced first- and third-party insurance litigation as a partner in a midsize Texas-based firm, while also advising clients on financial risk, asset protection, and strategic planning matters. He previously practiced insurance defense with a West Coast law firm before opening a real estate law practice in the Deep South, where he additionally served as a financial advisor to individuals and small businesses on investment structuring and long-term financial planning.

Clark also worked as a commercial litigator at what was, at the time, Austin’s oldest and largest law firm, where his combined legal and financial insight allowed him to support complex commercial and regulatory matters.

Clark earned his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, California, and Georgia. Outside the office, Clark enjoys attending Texas Longhorns sporting events, scratch cooking, and spending time with his wife and two children.
